How we handle your personal data

You trust us with your contact details, photos of your face, and information about your health — this is sensitive data, and we treat it accordingly. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to withdraw your consent at any time.

What data we collect

  • Contact details — name, phone number, e-mail, messenger handle (WhatsApp, Telegram) that you provide in the booking form or in correspondence.
  • Photos of your face — images you upload through the booking form or the AI scanner for a preliminary assessment, and photos taken during consultation and treatment.
  • Correspondence — messages in the patient portal chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, and e-mail related to your enquiry.
  • Medical information — what you tell us about your health during and after the consultation: complaints, medical history, allergies, medications, treatment progress.

Why we collect it

  • To organise your consultation and get in touch with you.
  • So the doctor can review your case in advance and prepare for the conversation. The AI scanner gives only a preliminary, assistive assessment — the doctor always forms the final opinion in person.
  • To maintain medical records and support you throughout treatment.
  • To meet legal requirements (accounting and medical record-keeping).
  • Before/after photos are published on the site only with a separate written consent from the patient — that is a different consent from the one for processing your data for treatment.

Who has access

Your data is accessible to the doctor and the minimal set of clinic staff directly involved in your consultation and treatment, as well as the technical staff who maintain the website and infrastructure — they see data only to the extent required to keep the systems running, and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

How long we keep it

Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide care and support, and no longer than the period required by law for medical records. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

How to withdraw consent

You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to its processing — write to us using any of the channels below. We will delete your data, except where the law requires the clinic to keep medical records for a set period — in that case we will explain exactly what and why it cannot be deleted immediately.
